金边一家KTV违规违反防疫规定被关停

7月29日晚9点半，金边市棉芷区警方在上长夏社分区271号街，突击检查一家餐厅偷偷经营KTV，违反政府的防疫措施和“宵禁”措施。

警方表示，当日晚上，棉芷区警方在该区巡逻时，发现该餐厅仍在正常营业，违反了国家政府、卫生部和金边市政府有关防疫措施的指示和禁令，被勒令关闭，对于该餐厅里的老板和客人警方仅对他们进行了批评教育，要求签下保证书，并没有扣留任何人。

应提的是，为了有效防止新冠病毒传播，金边市政府发布通告，从7月29日起，金边市全面实行“宵禁”措施。在宵禁期间，从晚上9时至次日凌晨3时，禁止民众不必要外出，禁止餐厅、咖啡厅等餐饮业者营业，宵禁措施为期两周，从7月29日至8月12日。
